CueLatch
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Edge of Frame Ltd handles information when you use CueLatch or contact us about it.
Information used by the app
CueLatch may access files and media that you choose to import, microphone or audio inputs when you deliberately use live-audio features, and local-network information needed to discover and communicate with another CueLatch device. This access is used to provide the feature you selected.
Project and production content
Projects, cue information and imported production media are intended to remain under the user's control. Connected-device features may transmit the information required to synchronise or perform cues between devices on the network selected by the user.
Information you send to us
If you contact us for support or testing feedback, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, diagnostic information and the content of your message. We use it to respond, investigate issues and improve CueLatch.
Sharing and sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our website, distribute CueLatch, communicate with testers or diagnose faults. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and our legal rights.
Retention and security
We keep support correspondence and associated diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably needed for support, development, security or legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You control which project media you import and which device permissions you grant. Android settings can be used to review or withdraw permissions. Removing access may prevent the related feature from working.
Children
CueLatch is a professional production tool and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CueLatch develops. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
